On Monday, June 10th, four NETA Cares golfers took the trip down to Marion, MA, to play in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Golf Classic for a second year in a row. Taking place at the exceptional and elite Kittansett Club, this foursome joined other teams in efforts to help BWH advance world-class care and groundbreaking research. All proceeds aid to further transform the lives of patients and families at the hospital.

Mike, Franklin Harvest Coordinator, commented, “Thanks to the Kittansett Club for hosting such a beneficial event. The weather was perfect to enjoy a GREAT day of golf and amazing company.”

Wesley, Franklin Inventory Manager, expressed similar sentiment, “The BWH Golf Classic is such an incredibly impactful event, and I am so grateful to have been able to partake! Huge thanks to Mikayla (Community Relations Manager) for organizing the day and establishing such a meaningful relationship between NETA and the Brigham.”

NETA is proud to continue its support for Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and will have several other events this year to benefit it. June continues to be a busy month for NETA Cares! The next events include:

  • 06/15: Brunch and Brews (Southwick, MA)  – benefits the Food Bank of Western MA
  • 06/20: Battle of Botanicals (Amherst College) – benefits the Hitchcock Center for the Environment
  • 06/23: BAA 10k (Boston Commons, MA) – benefits Brigham and Women’s Hospital
