What happens if I'm unable to accept my delivery?

Answer

Your delivery will be canceled, and you will need to submit a new delivery order for a future date. Registered caregivers are eligible to accept a medical delivery in a medical customer's absence.

Where can I receive medical cannabis delivery in Massachusetts?

Answer

NETA offers Medical Delivery in the Greater Boston Area, North Shore, South Shore, Metrowest, Central Mass, Pioneer Valley, and Franklin areas. We can deliver to the patient's primary residence and are prohibited from delivering Marijuana or Marijuana Products to college or university designated dormitories or housing, federally subsidized housing, shelters, or residential programs. We can deliver to MMJ Caregiver or MMJ Patient.

Can I use loyalty, discounts, or promos on delivery orders?

Answer

Yes, medical patients can redeem their loyalty rewards on a delivery order. Loyalty discounts must be requested when ordering and will be applied to the order during the in-store packing process. We will not be able to apply any discounts at the time of delivery.

How discreet is cannabis / marijuana delivery?

Answer

We respect your privacy by delivering your order in a discreet unmarked car with professionally dressed delivery drivers.

How do I reschedule my delivery or change my order?

Answer

We will always do our best to accommodate changes when possible. Contact NETA’s Customer Care team 617-377-7408 and reference your order confirmation #.

I placed an order yesterday for it to be delivered today. Do I get yesterday’s special pricing or today’s special pricing?

Answer

Special pricing is valid for the day the order is placed. We are not able to adjust pricing on orders from previous days. If you would like to shop on today's menu, please cancel your existing order and place a new order. Please note - items and delivery windows may no longer be available.

Answer

To receive your medical cannabis delivery, you will need your payment, your government issued ID, and your Massachusetts Medical Patient ID.

Answer

Medical patients can pay for delivery with cash, CanPay, or DutchiePay.
