You must be a Massachusetts
resident, age 18 or older, and diagnosed with a qualifying condition to get your medical marijuana card.

Patients who do not have a qualifying condition on the list may still be eligible for MMJ cards if their licensed physician believes that the potential benefits of medical marijuana would outweigh the risks.
