Is There a Fee For Delivery?

Brookline: $75 to $125 minimum for Medical Delivery orders depending on location of delivery. $50 minimum for all Adult Use delivery orders, $5 fee under $100.

Northampton: NO FEE on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a $5 delivery fee will be added. Orders must be over $50 to qualify for delivery. Medical delivery only. Fee will be applied for out-of-zone deliveries.

Franklin: NO FEE, all orders must be over $150 to qualify for delivery. Medical delivery only.

Delivery minimums must be met AFTER the application of available discounts (Loyalty Coupons, Financial Hardship, Veteran, and Veteran Family).

Can we use discounts on loyalty orders?

Yes, you can redeem loyalty on a delivery order.  Loyalty discount must be requested when ordering and will be applied to the order during the in-store packaging process.  We will not be able to apply any discounts at the time of delivery.

Can I Change My Delivery Window?

Yes, you can reschedule your order, however we can only accommodate one reschedule per order. To ensure a wide range of delivery window options, we won't be able to make any additional changes to the order timing after the initial rescheduling request has been made.

Who Can Accept An Adult Use Delivery Order?

Only the ordering customer can accept a delivery order. A delivery driver will validate that the customer’s physical ID matches the encrypted ID on file. Adult Use delivery is only available out of our Brookline location.

Where Do You Deliver?

We offer Medical Delivery in the Greater Boston Area, Northshore, South Shore, Metrowest, Central Mass, Pioneer Valley, and Franklin. We offer Adult Use Delivery in the Greater Boston Area. You can input your address in the account section of our website to verify your address is within a delivery area.

How Do I Know When To Expect A Delivery?

Delivery customers can choose same day or next day delivery if there are spots available when finalizing your order. On the day of your delivery, we will notify you via a series of texts and emails to provide near, real time updates on the status of your delivery.

What Do I Need In Preparation For My Delivery?

In order to receive your delivery, you will need your payment and the physical copy of the government issued ID that was used for delivery registration.

Where Can I Receive A Delivery?

You can receive a delivery at any residential address within our delivery radius. Some municipalities do not allow cannabis delivery services.

Note: If you believe that you are within our delivery radius, but the website rejects your address, it is most likely that there are no longer any delivery spots available that day.

How Do I Pay For Delivery?

Medical patients can pay for delivery with cash, CanPay, or DutchiePay.

Recreational customers can pay for delivery with cash or DutchiePay prepay

Can I Modify A Delivery Order After It’s Placed?

We will always do our best to accommodate order changes. However, depending on the requested change and the time the request is submitted, we MAY be able to edit your delivery order.

What Happens If I’m Unavailable To Accept My Delivery?

Your delivery will be canceled, and you will need to submit a new delivery order for a future date.

How Often Do You Deliver?

Brookline and Northampton: Next-day and same-day delivery is available 7 days a week. 

Franklin: Next-day and same-day delivery is available Monday - Saturday. No deliveries on Sunday. You can select your delivery preferences in the checkout process.

When Do You Plan On Expanding Delivery To My Area?

We will continue to expand our delivery radiuses as this portion of our business grows. Join our mailing list for updates on delivery expansion.

Why Is A Company Other Than NETA Delivering My Order?

We wanted to collaborate with a social equity partner in delivery and Your Green Package and NETA saw each other as a good fit for not only their focus on customer service but also our collective commitment to communities of color, women and LGBTQ+.

What Is “Your Green Package”?

Your Green Package is our business partner that is a provisionally licensed Marijuana Courier in Massachusetts. They are majority women and minority owned. Their goal is to help promote diversity in the cannabis space, increase consumer access, and be an example in the community.

What Is The “CCC”?

The Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) is a state agency responsible for implementing and administering the laws enabling access to medical and adult use of marijuana in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

How Discreet Is Cannabis/Marijuana Delivery?

We respect your privacy by delivering your order in a discreet unmarked car with professionally dressed delivery drivers.

What Happens If My Government ID Address And Delivery Address Don’t Match?

The delivery address and the address on your ID do not have to match. We can deliver to any residential address within our approved delivery radius as long as you have created a customer account on NETA and successfully verified your government issued ID. The ID address is for identity verification only.

Can An Out Of State Resident Order Delivery?

Yes, as long as you have created a customer account on NETA, successfully verified your government issued ID, and your delivery address is a residential address within our approved delivery radius. We cannot deliver to businesses. Including hotels, schools, federal and state buildings, or any residences with municipalities that have a cannabis delivery ban in place. Please note: For Medical Deliveries, patients must have a valid MA MMJ ID.

Are Medical And Adult Use Delivery Different?

Yes, medical delivery has a different delivery radius and is delivered by a NETA employee. You must have a registered medical marijuana account with NETA to receive medical delivery.

Where Can You Not Deliver?

We cannot deliver to businesses, including hotels, schools, federal and state buildings, or any residences with municipalities that have a cannabis delivery ban in place.

For Medical Patients: We only deliver to the Patient’s primary residence and are prohibited from delivering Marijuana or Marijuana Products to college or university designated dormitories or housing, federally subsidized housing, shelters, or residential programs. We can deliver to MMJ Caregiver or MMJ Patient.

Adult Use: A Delivery Operator shall deliver only to the Residence address provided. A Delivery Operator shall be prohibited from delivering to college- or university-designated dormitories or housing; and federal public housing identified at https://resources.hud.gov/.

I placed an order yesterday to be delivered today. Do I get yesterday’s special pricing or today's special pricing?  

Special pricing is valid for the day the order is placed. We are not able to adjust pricing on orders from previous days. If you would like to shop today’s menu, please cancel your existing order and place a new order. Please note - items and delivery windows may no longer be available.
